Should changes occur, we will communicate them to you in writing in a timely and transparent manner. It is important to note that TravMe Tours is not liable for any costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary outside of our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance
As part of our terms and conditions, travelers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance. TravMe Tours is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to travelers not obtaining the necessary travel documents and insurance. We are happy to provide assistance and advice on any required travel documents and insurance requirements.

5. Traveler Responsibilities
TravMe Tours expects all travelers to take personal responsibility for their behavior during their trip. Travelers must respect local customs and traditions, abide by the laws of the country they are visiting, and comply with all instructions given by TravMe Tours staff. We provide all travelers with guidelines and directions to follow, and it is expected that these will be adhered to during the tour.

6. Liability
TravMe Tours takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our travelers and minimize the risks associated with traveling. However, we are not liable for any loss, damages, or expenses incurred due to the actions of third-party vendors, natural disasters, or any other unforeseeable circumstances. TravMe Tours is not responsible for any loss, damages, or expenses incurred during activities outside of the tour itinerary. We expect travelers to take personal responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the tour.
